good game but i would love to have same storie but as a male protagonist who are in interspecies harem ^^
Well here’s another rpg maker title, but with an outer space setting, so instant points for originality there, and there’s a complete game here too, though more than a couple of teething problems make this story a bit of a chore to get through. Taking your main character through the story, building up relationships with your teammates, it’s all very mass effect and I adore what this game is trying to do. It just misses the mark for me, as there are some great ideas, but the flaws in the combat and overall game design means that I don’t WANT to play the game again, it’s just not fun.
Pros
~Great main character. She looks great and acts friendly, so when everyone falls in love with her it makes sense
~art and sex scenes are well drawn and coloured, with that cartoony look that always pleases. The range of enemies is also great, particularly loving the cat girls!
~lots of characters to “aim for” when pursuing your relationship goals
~puzzle elements are a bit simple, but do break up gameplay and are a welcome addition
Cons
~combat. Tedious, slow, rpg maker combat with no inivation that makes every fight have the same strategies as the first pokemon fight of every pokemon game. You have one weapon and one attack the ENTIRE game. Enemies defeat you and have their way, but they’re so brain dead and do the exact same moves each battle (feels like they all have 1 move too), that the only way you’ll lose if you start throwing the fights
~There’s a corruption system in there too, but I never saw what happened because once you unlock the best upgrades (really early on too), you can take even the final blob boss without much problem
~if you don’t pay attention to what your current mission is, you’ll be wondering around for ages trying to figure out what to do. No journal, and the npcs don’t give any hints on where to go. Well, I suppose it’s not too bad considering ALL the quests in this game are literally fetch quests.
~characters are introduced so late in the story it’s next to impossible to boost relationships with them. I mean, by the time that the ridiculously sexy doctor is part of your team, the game is basically over and you’re escaping the ship!
~just a nitpick here but to gain relationships with some characters, you have to act like a colossal arsehole. Not even a funny renegade, but turn your character into a straight up bitch, and theres no inbetween; you’re either a perfect “girl next door”, or a Karen.
Overall: Not recommended.
