I think that it’s probably false-positive warning, usually Ren’py games have this problem because of software which developer use. 🙂
I also had a virus (Trojan) alert. I press ignore but this is the first time i have an alert for a game
in this game the protagonist spends his time dreaming in the sex scenes that bores the rest is fine

I loved this when it was VN….now click click click…..especially the weekends, don’t understand why, just why change it ?
Please please put this back how it was or give us a walkthrough so we are not wasting time clicking all over the place.
